Where do your sessions take place?
Judy is an on-location photographer meaning simply that she believes that people are more comfortable in environments that are familiar to them – their home, a park, somewhere they can be themselves. The Vivid Visions session fee includes photography bookings in eastern to mid Suffolk County of Long Island.
What if we don’t live in eastern Suffolk County?
If you’d like Judy to travel specifically for your portrait session contact her and detail your needs; she will custom-quote your session for you.
How soon after the session do we get to see the images?
The online gallery will be ready for your viewing within one week of the session date.
What kind of products do you offer?
We offer everything from loose and gallery matted prints to framing, gallery wrapped canvases, greeting cards and albums or photobooks. We will provide you a full selection of choices when you contact the studio for additional information.
What should we wear? What should my child wear?
We highly recommend that you don’t match. While we know that jeans and white shirts are common and all-white-on-the-beach is popular Judy would rather see you wearing outfits that reflect who YOU are. Avoid busy, loud or colorful patterns and clashing colors; so your clothing doesn’t upstage you. Complementary color palettes are more refreshing than everyone wearing matching attire and please bear in mind your child’s comfort before selecting an outfit. Avoid low-cut necklines and bare arms. For a small child or baby a simple light onesie is preferable.
